• To serve the Valley
• Teach/Train 32º Masons in the structure and philosopy of the Scottish Rite
• Increase membership and participation
• Give the "Black Hats" more ownership in the Valley
• Develop future leaders within the Scottish Rite as they learn their organizational and leadership skills
